About The Eye Watch

The Eye watch is a voluntary initiative that started out in late 2012, with a simple aim – to become an online space dedicated to the art of moving image, be it film, video, art, gaming, or anything that moves on a screen. The Eye Watch mission is to tackle any subjects that interest us from a critical standpoint, whilst being an eye opener on any media related aspects that may at times go unnoticed.

We may at times be criticized for being blunt, and we also have a particular soft spot for light philosophical discussions, although we do our best to be as varied as we can. In fact The Eye Watch has been doing anything from reviews, discussions, top 10 lists, interviews, and is also planning to start its own events.

The Eye Watch contributors also produce work for the Maltese audio visual industry. You can see a list of our work in the portfolio section.

The blog is currently updated by contributors Josef Florian Micallef and Michael Camilleri Haber.
